Most home cardio is bought in January and resented by March — usually because it's too big, too loud, or too much of a production to use. We built FlowRun to remove all three excuses.
WHY THIS SHAPE
The equipment people keep is the equipment they can put away.
A treadmill that lives in the middle of your living room stops being exercise equipment and starts being furniture you resent. So the first decision we made was that this thing has to disappear — four inches folded, two wheels, nine seconds.
The second was that it still has to be a real treadmill. Plenty of walking pads top out at four miles an hour. Ours runs to seven and a half with a twelve percent incline, because the point is that you don't outgrow it in six weeks.
Small enough to store. Serious enough to keep.
